Hi Rachel,

The site is on a free trial for the first 14 days. It will need to be put on a subscription plan after that for it to be usable. At the moment it can run on a basic package, but it will need the business package in order to access the newsletters and member areas.

There is a marketing pop-up enabled - to see it you need to navigate to Marketing > Promotional Pop-Up.

I needed to use CSS to install the Lexend font.
